Our story
It all started with artisanal gelato produced in small batches, from carefully selected ingredients. Over time, our activity has grown and today we also offer Chimney Cake, lobster, chocolate products and other specialties inspired by Transylvanian traditions. We believe in quality over quantity and in the fact that people appreciate food that has a story.

As from the start like now
All our products are made from scratch. We use, as much as possible, local and seasonal Swedish ingredients. We want to preserve and share culinary traditions and knowledge passed down from generation to generation. Food means people, encounters and memories.
